Appalling Experience 1. Pricing - I phoned them for a quote, gave all details and then when the owner came to measure he said he had to add extra for frosted glass. I had advised it was frosted when I originally called them, but since it was still the cheapest quote I accepted. Big mistake 2. Fitting - Glass fitters did not take any precautions to protect my bath before they fitted the window above it. . Surprise, surprise, they dropped a scraper and chipped my bath in 2 places. I heard the noise and went up to investigate. No apologies. The attitude of the fitters was there is nothing we can do! When I expressed I was not happy they said they would let the boss know and he would call me. He never did. I also later noticed they had left black marks on the bath and bathroom cabinets from the feet of the steps due to their carelessness 3. Broken Glass – The old window smashed outside when they were removing it, which can happen, but they did not clean up the glass properly and had I not checked myself, 4 inch shards of broken glass would have been left in my yard for my 4 year old to stand on. 4. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had my shower remodeled 5 months ago and when the glass door was installed it was dragging heavily on the bottom and after only 5 showers the sweep on the bottom had been destroyed and torn apart. I have been calling for months just trying to get them to come out and adjust the door and every time it came time for someone to come out they canceled and kept blaming it on Covid-19. I finally had to get my contractor out to take the door off and adjust the door and put a new sweep on. No excuse at all to take the money for the glass door and not to come back out and look at.

I needed custom cut mirrors for my bed since my previous ones broke. I went to Ben-Son in Roswell since they quoted me the lowest price than all of the other companies in Alpharetta/Roswell. I measured myself and told him those measurements. He had them ready for me in 2 days and I picked them up. I measured wrong and they were too short. I went back to him and told him that I made a mistake and could not use those mirrors. Being custom cut I should not have been refunded. Without hesitation he said "well, we'll credit you for these and I'll cut you new ones" Ben-Son now has my loyalty for life. My mirrors look fantastic, perfectly cut (now that they're the right size) and I am telling everyone how great the service is and how generous Mr. Bengston was to me.

The techs arrived to take measurements and due to the weight of the mirror, asked if they could take it with them to replace the glass at their facility. I agreed, but only if they could return it the next day due to my very extensive travel schedule, as I did not want my piece sitting in their shop for weeks. I emphasized that if they did not think they could commit to having it back to me the next day, I wanted them to leave it and I would reshedule when I had anothmore time in my schedule. The next morning, I received a call from the manager who left a message saying that he would not be able to return the mirror today. I called the number back that he called me from and it continued to go to voicemaill. I then called the office and spoke to a man who told me, more than once, that he could assure me that he would not be able to return the mirror today. I asked that he have the manager call me. When the manager called, I again reminded him of our conversation. He then said to give him a little time to try and work something out and that he would call me back. Hours went by so I called the main number and spoke to a gentleman named Blake. He told me that the owner was in the Cari

I called about a piece of tempered glass. John at the Alpharetta location answered all my questions and took my order. He was careful to make sure I understood that once the glass is cut and tempered it cannot be cut again. When I placed the order John told me when it would be ready. I got a call from John a day before advising me there was a delay and we agreed I could pick up in a few days. Yesterday, I went to their location ( without calling ). I found a note on the door. They were closed due to a family emergency. BUT.... Please check two doors down and the "ladies at LineX" had keys and would take care of the charges. WOW... What EXCELLENT service. I would recommend anyone needing glass of any kind call John. I pray their family emergency was resolved.
